2. Charter & Equipment Operation Disclaimer

All camping yachts and shore power hardware cataloged on this site must be operated by certified crew or licensed skippers. Operating offshore vessels or amphibious equipment carries inherent maritime risks. Sortsycompss is not liable for weather-induced delays or improper shore basecamp deployments.

3. Intellectual Property

All telemetry design layouts, gear matrix tables, technical schematics, and branding elements on sortsycompss.surf are owned by Sortsycompss Marine Outdoor Ltd. Unauthorized scraping or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Legal proceedings must be brought before the courts of London, United Kingdom.
